Andrew Wilson, who spent 31 years of his life at Accenture, is filling the CDO role, while the CSO is Bobby Yerramilli-Rao, who has previously worked at Vodafone, and co-founder Hermes Growth Partners, Fusion Global Capital, Inflex Ltd, and Cambridge Epigenetix. If you’re unfamiliar with the tray, it is the area on the Windows taskbar usually found on the bottom left. It is the place where you can see icons and information for internet connection, the time/calendar, language, battery, and other resources. You may remember a new tray area for Windows 11 was initially rolled out in preview earlier this year. That new tray featured a new tooltips setup with additional buttons, the ability to disable icons, an “overflow” menu, and better spacing....

Last week, an appeals court upheld a decision for Eric Lundgren to serve 15 months in prison. As an e-waste advocate, Lundgren says his goal was simply to encourage people to safely recycle PCs and use refurbished hardware. He denied wrongdoing throughout the case, but Microsoft insists Lundgren purposely misled people. While there is a side of the debate supporting Microsoft, the other side say the pursuit of Lundgren through courts means the company does not support e-waste recycling....
